Искам да попитам може ли някой по-подробно да обясни самата техника имам известни познания, но практически нещата не ми се получават. Знам само, че можем да усвоим поведение на друг човек, затова че прави нещо успешно и да го усвоим като умение. Така самото израстване и научаване става по-бързо.
